Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within two business days. During a drop release this can extend to five business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

We deliver within Czechia, across the European Union, and worldwide. Delivery times below are estimates from the day of dispatch and exclude customs handling.

• Czechia: 1 to 2 business days.
• European Union: 2 to 5 business days.
• Rest of the world: 5 to 12 business days.

Prices shown to customers in the European Union include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, prices are shown without EU VAT, and the destination country may charge import duty, tax and a customs handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund them.

Please check the delivery address before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the delivery was not collected, we refund the goods minus the outbound shipping cost.

If tracking stops moving for more than seven business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, write to hello@khrn.com with your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the packaging. We open a claim with the carrier and resolve it with you directly.
