Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases made on this site from [Legal entity name].
Who we are

Orders
Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund in full.
We may decline an order where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is outside the countries we serve, or where a price was displayed incorrectly through an obvious error.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. For customers in the European Union, prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order.
Payment is taken at the moment of ordering through our payment provider. We accept the methods listed at checkout.
Delivery and returns
Delivery terms are set out in the Shipping Policy. Your right of withdrawal and the conditions for returning goods are set out in the Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Conformity and guarantees
Goods must match their description and be of the quality you can reasonably expect. If an item is not in conformity, you are entitled to the statutory remedies, which in the European Union means a period of two years from delivery. Normal wear, damage caused by misuse, and failure to follow the care instructions are not defects.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under the applicable law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Czechia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, consumers may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) as the competent body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
